Davis, Bethune & Jones, LLC
Our firm is committed to helping people one family at a time. We feel privileged and honored to "go to bat" for the little guy. We represent the powerless and those who would not otherwise be heard. It's our goal to represent individual people... not giant companies. We hold the corporate world responsible for its policies, choices and actions. As trial lawyers, we represent injured people and families who have suffered a death. Our cases include many different forms of negligence but each shares the common thread of a tragedy which has occurred because of corporate carelessness. Contact us if you need legal help with a railroad crossing injury case.
